Returns Policy

At Procure Pod we make every effort to guarantee that your product is shipped to you at the right time and at the right place. If there is something wrong with the product delivered to you and you wish to return it, please contact us and raise a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.

  • You can cancel your web order without any cancellation fee before the order has been shipped. Email us quoting the order reference number or your PO number and we will cancel your order.
  • However, if the order has already been shipped, you can return it, do not open the shipment when it arrives, and return within 14 days of the order arriving. If you have opened the package, please ensure that you have re-packaged it properly; using the original packaging , otherwise a re-stocking fee of 25% may be applied. The shipping fee will be incurred by the customer.
  • If you wish to return a non-faulty product, the product must be un-used, with the manufacturer’s seal intact and should be in re-saleable condition including all accessories, packing etc. Also, be sure to insure the product against loss or damage whilst in transit otherwise these could be your responsibility. The product must be returned within 14 days of arriving.
  • If you receive a damaged package that was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc., then refuse the package and email us immediately. If upon opening the package you discover concealed damage, contact us right away to arrange for an inspection.


RMA Procedure

  1. Raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions. This is required for the return of all items to Procure Pod regardless of the reason for return.
  2. Product must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, software, and warranties enclosed in the original packaging.
  3. After receiving your RMA number, re-package the product properly preferably in the original outer box. A re-stocking fee of 25% may be charged if the original box is damaged or marked.
  4. Do not write on the original packaging.
  5. Make sure the package has the RMA number clearly visible on the outer box; otherwise the package cannot be accepted.
  6. Using a label, ensure the complete address is clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
  7. Once your returned package has been received and tested by us, we will return the replacement item to you within 10 days of receipt of the faulty item.
  8. Packages without an RMA number or unacceptable packages will be returned back to the customer at their own expense.
